Extintor Casero xD

Un extintor, extintor de fuego, o matafuego es un artefacto que sirve para apagar fuegos. Consiste en un recipiente metálico (bombona ocilindro de acero) que contiene un agente extintor de incendios a presión, de modo que al abrir una válvula el agente sale por una boquilla (a veces situada en el extremo de una manguera) que se debe dirigir a la base del fuego. Generalmente tienen un dispositivo para prevención de activado accidental, el cual debe ser deshabilitado antes de emplear el artefacto.

De forma más concreta se podría definir un extintor como un aparato autónomo, diseñado como un cilindro, que puede ser desplazado por una sola persona y que usando un mecanismo de impulsión bajo presión de un gas o presión mecánica, lanza un agente extintor hacia la base del fuego, para lograr extinguirlo. 

Los hay de muchos tamaños y tipos, desde los muy pequeños, que suelen llevarse en los automóviles, hasta los grandes que van en un carrito con ruedas. El contenido varía desde 1 a 250 kilogramos de agente extintor.

Para ello necesitas los siguientes materiales:

BicarbonatoTapón de corcho de una botella de vino
Pajita para beber
Servilletas de papel
Botella de agua pequeña (seca)
Vinagre
Un hilo de los que se utilizan para coser
Una barrena o un berbiquí 

Cómo fabricar el extintor

•  Cogemos una servilleta de papel y la abrimos del todo, de forma que quede cuadrada.Echamos en ella 4 cucharaditas de bicarbonato (en el centro) y la cerramos  por los extremos, en forma de bolsita, enrrollándola con un hilo (tiene que quedar bien sujeto).
•  Después cogemos la botella y echamos en ella 5 cucharadas de vinagre.
•  A continuación cogemos un corcho y le hacemos un agujero con un berbiquí, traspasando todo el corcho, para que pueda entrar la pajita. Si no se tiene un corcho, se puede utilizar el tapón de plástico de la botella tapando los huecos con plastilina.
•  Después cogemos la bolsita de bicarbonato y la metemos en la botella de forma que cuelgue (con una parte del hilo fuera) y no toque con el vinagre; metemos la pajita en el corcho y con esta tapamos la  botella.
•  Por ultimo, para saber si el experimento funciona, encendemos una vela.
•  Tapamos con el dedo la pajita sujetando la botella al mismo tiempo, mezclamos el bicarbonato con el vinagre y agitamos, sin destapar la pajita.
•  Quitamos el dedo y proyectamos el gas que sale de la botella sobre la vela que se apaga.

NOTA: recuerda que se trata de un extintor casero y sólo sirve para apagar una vela

How to make the extinguisher

•  We take a paper towel and completely open, so that it remains cuadrada.Echamos 4 teaspoons of baking (center) and close at the ends shaped bag, enrrollándola with a thread (it has to look good subject).
•  Then we take the bottle and threw it 5 tablespoons of vinegar.
•  Then we take a cork and make a hole with a brace, transferring all the cork, so you can get the straw. If you do not have a cork, you can use the plastic cap of the bottle covering the holes with clay.
•  Then we take the bag of baking soda and put it in the bottle so that it hangs (with a portion of the wire out) and do not touch the vinegar we put the straw into the cork and with this we cover the bottle.
•  Finally, to see if the experiment works, we light a candle.
•  We cover the straw with your finger holding the bottle at the same time, mix baking soda with vinegar and stir, without uncovering the straw.
•  We removed the finger and project the gas coming out of the bottle over the candle goes out.

NOTE: Remember that this is a homemade fire extinguisher and only serves to blow out a candle
